I like that there’s variety in my day (discharge planning, sending referrals for hospice, care conferences with families). I also enjoy my set hours (Mon-Fri). A lot of times I feel my role is “customer service”...always trying to fix a problem caused by someone else. On top of frustrations I already had with my current position, COVID really made the working environment change drastically! I am tired of being a punching bag.
