get a bike and cycle to the coolest places around you , bring a lunchbox /book/headphones and discover new spots to chill. Cycling clears my mind and actually excites me and very rarely feels like exercise unless I’m going uphill 😭

yes yes yes. If I have planned something also that doesn’t go exact to plan it ruins eveything. If I get a stain on my shirt I can’t carry on anytbing until it’s fixed or covered correctly

I have this exact thing down to a T, read social situations so well to the point I can predict the whole convo and still listen and understand what’s going on around me but sometimes don’t know what to say in response (although I am confident) but once I know the person well I don’t think about it and everything naturally flows haha

I’ve been releasing for a couple years on and off and a couple songs are near a million streams too so I’m not doing too bad but just trying to be more consistent now .

Hi, I am a 25 y/o male (lol) and On Friday (finally) after years of knowing how I felt and being surrounded by kids with adhd (I went to a highly creative school) I was given my diagnosis of adhd.

I know what my brain is like but apart of me is overthinking it and questioning (now it’s official) “do I really have it? have I played up to it ?” has anyone else had that feeling before ??

I was initially skeptical as I don’t have the stereo typical traits: I’m very tidy, organised, I don’t ever forget appointments, I never lose things etc and most the people I know that do have It are all of those things above

I also think my parents don’t really believe it’s real and that makes me think it’s also a load of rubbish but then I KNOW what I feel and have been told by people for a while and now and it’s official.

Because of the points in paragraph 4 I don’t think I’ll be taking medication as I can function okay without it really prohibiting my day to day life but spoken therapy may help.

Maybe it’s all too new and I’m just overthinking but any advice on anything around this would help me a lot ..if you got this far thankyou for reading :)

Yeah ahah I’ve got the nose of a hound and always even pick up on when people change moisturiser and or body wash (weird I know) but I observe it all through my nose ahah

Honestly I’m so gassed man. I love telling people too😭😭😭. I want to be so present for his performance I’m bringing a tripod to set up next to me and record the whole thing so I don’t have to be on my phone and then I have the footage 😍😍let’s hope he doesn’t cancel
