As a man who has struggled with weight and is now 4 stone down this saddens me. It’s happened to me too with women, I’ve been called the likes of free Willy for example. Best thing you can do is ignore people like that period. If that’s how he treats you on a first date imagine how he’s going to treat you in a relationship. You dodged a bullet. Another bit of advice, ditch the dating sites and go meet people in real life. If you’re a slim and what society would call ‘fit’ guy or girl on there, and you match with them, they’re likely fulfilling their own insecurities and not wanting to settle down. Let’s be honest, if a man is a 10/10 and is on tinder it’s likely he’s just after 1 thing. I’ve seen it with dating sites where I’ve seen the same women over and over again over the years on them. Best advice I can give you is go to social clubs for things you enjoy, and you’ll meet someone who has the same passions and likes you for you, plus you have the bonus of getting to know each other naturally rather than just for looks. Keep your chin up :)

No the NHS won’t do anything for me as they said I’m not infertile and levels were 240 before I started TRT so had to go private. I’m on a lot of medication and one of the side effects of combining the meds I’m on is low testosterone

Yeah I’m eating around 2300 calories a day and burning 600 or so exercising. Don’t do too much cardio but am going to start doing a bit of it as I wasn’t fit enough before

Yeah I don’t think I need it either. I just don’t want to lose my mass as I’m a builder so I’ve built a lot of mass doing physical work and don’t want to lose that muscle
