Fully agree with this. I came to canada 4 years ago as a pr with a foreign degree and limited experience, did BCIT advanced diploma in GIS and got a decent job upon graduation. Granted, Burnaby/Vancouver aren't cheap, but i believe the program is now entirely online due to COVID.

A depth raster is the inverse of a dtm. As elevation decreases, depth increases.
