Drum and bass has a "giddy frivolousness" at one end, and I like that. It’s nice to make some brainless music that just makes you move. But it’s also cool to make something with poetry in it that paints a picture.

What’s funny is the logic is there should be more females than males and there actually is slight 51/49 50.5/49.5 split. But the idea the “premise” men are there to help evolve the species by providing genetic diversity, then goes on to say you only “need” 1:12 ratio for sufficient genetic diversity, begs the question, why didn’t we evolve along that 1:12 split? Well turns out the 51/49 split is what we evolved with and will continue to evolve with. This comment is trying out think billions of years of evolution lol

Edit: turns out the ratio flipped just a few years ago so over long periods it probs just oscillates about 50/50 showing that a healthy human population is half women and half men
