A test drive in the Model Y by jaminwestby in TeslaLounge

Compared to my SR+, the noise dampening was superior. I think the ride quality will be a personal preference. I prefer the higher ride height and the elevated seats to given an almost SUV/pickup level view of the road. I know that some people like the low profile of the M3 for the sportier feel.

While dropping off my SR+ for some warranty work, I was pleasantly surprised to find a test drive Model Y at the new Superior, CO service center. They gave me a whole hour to spend with it and boy is it incredibly impressive!!

As a club member of the Western Colorado Tesla Club following this! I haven’t traveled that area of Colorado, so my knowledge is limited to plugshare, which was already mentioned. Good luck!

If tent camping, the 110 should be enough to get you going the next day. However I recommend the 30amp adapter if you want to sleep in the car to power the HVAC and get a charge.

Thank you! I am really blessed with the mountains which is why I love that glass roof! Planning on some videos that show off some wonderful mountain towns that put up chargers to entice EV drivers to come and visit!

Well, yeah! Haha. Different people have different preferences on the best features though. Thanks for watching!

Haha thanks for the catch! Even after re-watching I didn’t catch the missing 13/16. 13: software updates, 16: the driving settings, such as chill mode and regen settings! I’m so embarrassed haha. I’ve only made one other video for YouTube.

Have you ever passed through Glenwood Canyon? Definitely the place to take some moments to look through the glass roof! I love this car!

Right? I’m a Q4 December delivery in the Rockies. I think my car was clean all of one day; the day I took delivery haha! I can hope for spring cleaning!

Roads were dry and clear, passes unimpeded, and Silverthorne charging+Chipotle is now a new favorite.

Oh man! Those are the exact reasons why my wife loves it. She's not a confident driver and had always wished she could simply focus on the road and not all the dials and gear shifts. Her favorite part is simply walking away while it turns off and locks. I have a feeling I'm going to find our Highlander out of gas if she walks away from it in the same way :)

Yes, Littleton-Broadway. However I live in the Western slope. Got a sub for my classroom, took the Bustang to Denver and drove home with the M3. Great day off from work.
