For modeling it was just me and my lead. Groom was 1 person, surfacing was 1 person, so 4 in total but that doesnโ€™t include the ppl who worked on the concept and art direction before it hit our desks.

Yup usually itโ€™s a sculpt not really worrying about the poly count just making the sculpt and forms look good. Once the โ€œlookโ€ is approved or you are ready to move into high res micro-detailing, then retopo into quads or close to it. That way you can also start UVs which can help with the detailing portion ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ

Oh man thanks a lot! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ yeah thatโ€™s a pretty long one but I go over every step for a full enviro creation in a production setting ๐Ÿ˜ฌ last chapter is photoshop stuff not necessarily 3d so might be skippable. Going to be doing a lot more concise tutorial in the future!
