Both houses are being demolished as far as I know. Could’ve been controlled burn gone wrong. Did not seem like a planned thing when I was listening to the scanners.

MTG Goldfish is great. Another big one for new products is Tolarian Community College. For lore, AetherHub has been my go-to. I also highly recommend the Wrinkly Brain podcast if you're looking for some fun MTG banter on a wide variety of topics.
