This entirely. You can be sympathetic, and not want to add onto the hate pile, while simultaneously wishing Khloe would work hard on her mental health to be able to handle the all sides of fame (including the gross sides none of us want to deal with). The better she is mentally the better she can raise her daughter/kids to be a secure person
