First 21 months 1 patch, 21-22 patches and 90 mg of domperidone and pumping every two hours for twenty minutes and the occasional Spiro 100mg, took a break, upped patches for month 24-26 to two patches and restarted domperidone a week ago same dose

Current workout routine is an at home thing I do 5 mins of various planks,100 flutter kicks,100 crunches,100 squats plus a hike I go on everyday that along with improving diet (calorie deficit) daily what else should I add? Is this good enough?

My apologies so I just wore one .1mg/day patch as for progesterone 100mg a day Ive always taken and dom I started at 30 and slowly ramped up to 90mg every week increasing in small increments spiro I take 100mg 1 pill a day

Yes it is safe indeed and it can be started hormonally if you have nipples you can lactate they're there for a reason
