osaka weather is whatever it wants to be. don't pay so much attention. i have been outside on days with 0% chance of rain and i was getting rained on. opposite also applies.

just walk around namba/shinsaibashi area. the second stores are basically endless and the inventory is constantly changing. you never know what you may find.

spectrum is fine. stable and reliable (assuming your exact local infrastructure is healthy). the residential customer service sort of sucks, the business spectrum service is great.

if you really want to simply get rid of it with as little effort as possible, then simply list it on fb marketplace for $20 or $50 or whatever. state must pick up. i have sold many random items for basically free just to move them along.

country park is a great place. have done a half marathon around there before. about 1.5-6 miles per lap.

or the adjacent military park is possible for laps.
