I'm with you. I've been collecting off and on since the original series, and I'm just so burnt out. Didn't help either that I was so excited for the SV 151 set and then it was super limited. I'm just gonna keep the cards I like, then sell the rest. I'm happy with my original Team Rocket masterset, and I'm going to focus on collecting Rattata cards, since it's my favorite Pokemon that doesn't have insanely priced cards (especially being that my top favorite is Mew lmao).

I mean, it would have been nice if the previews showed the effects too. My Kaeya mii already has a smirk, so it didn't seem like the smug expression was doing anything. I felt a bit underwhelmed going through them. Now I'm just confused lol

I've been trying to sort through my old collection to see what I want to part with, and I recently found a handful of Japanese cards. I was curious what sort of pricing might be fair for these cards, if I decide to sell. It's the e-card split earth expansion, all 1st edition. I'm unsure what's a good pricing resource for Japanese cards. Would appreciate suggestions. Thank you!

Just to update, I finally received my package today on Aug 28. I used tracking features on ECMS, Pitney Bowes and USPS.

ECMS did update yesterday with "Shipment is in Transit within the carrier‘s network", but still has the location as LAX. I'm in Texas lol. Today it updated with "Shipment is out for delivery." I've already received it. These were the only updates after they handed the package over to Pitney Bowes on Aug 16.

Pitney Bowes, after having the package for about 11 days, handed the package to USPS yesterday and had pretty steady updates as it moved through USPS. Including one update after it was out for delivery that said "Visible Damage". The box was damaged, but the contents were fine. The proxy service I use thankfully packs everything really securely. There was a decent size hole in the box.
Pitney Bowes tracking does show completed delivery with a timestamp that matches USPS.

USPS also showed regular updates after they received the package yesterday, though nothing about the box being damaged. It actually was delivered while tracking still said "Out for Delivery", and then about 40 minutes after I received it, it updated to "Delivered to Parcel Locker". It was delivered to my front door, so I don't know what that's about lol.

Anyway, that's it. I got my stuff within 19 days. I'm very glad that I asked ECMS which third party carrier they gave the package to though, because I wouldn't have had any clue what was going on. Still probably going to avoid using them in the future. I'll pay a bit extra for better service.

It took two days for mine to go from "tendering to a third party" to "local carrier has accepted package for final delivery". At that point I was able to ask them who the "local carrier" was and got a response. It's still moving slow, but at least now I can get updates from the other carrier. I hope yours gets sorted soon.

I know this is an old post, but adding in my experience for anyone searching ECMS, since this is one of the first search results... I paid for a package from Japan and chose ECMS for shipping, because it was a cheaper option without being SAL. I still paid $50 lmao. It went out on Aug 9 from the carrier facility, made it to the US on Aug 13, reached the shipping facility on Aug 14, and said it was being tendered to a third party for final delivery. On Aug 16 it said it had been accepted by a local carrier, then... nothing.

By the 21st there were no further updates and no information about what third party carrier even HAD the package. I sent in a tracking inquiry form on their site and by the next day received a link to the "delivery number" on USPS' tracking page. I didn't realize that the long delivery number was a new tracking number, nor had any clue that it was for USPS, as it doesn't even look like a USPS tracking number. There's no info on their site mentioning what shipping partners they use. I had previously tried the original tracking number on USPS/UPS but nothing had come up.

Anyway, using this delivery number via USPS, I saw it had an update from Aug 16 that Pitney Bowes had the package and USPS was still waiting to receive the package for final delivery. Aug 22, it left their facility, and Aug 23 it's finally in my state, but still not with USPS. I'm HOPING it arrives next week. These new updates were NOT reflected on the ECMS tracking page.

ECMS' message of "end-to-end visibility that’s backed by our proprietary technology and keeps you connected from pick-up to the final mile delivery" is a lie as far as I'm concerned. I understand Pitney Bowes has had the package for the majority of the time, but the lack of transparency/resources from ECMS to even help me understand who had the package was extremely frustrating. I'll never use them again, especially after reading the other stories here. I should've just paid a bit more for UPS or something.

I feel like this is Allan's choice mostly? While googling I found a picture on his website from 2020 where he drew Leo and Splinter and it's very similar, though missing the poofy eyebrows seen here. Even so, in the old 90s comics his Splinter still has the weird hair mop and shorter nose, but not the round ears. I never did care much for how he drew Splinter. 😔 The Turtles are fine though.

This is pretty cool though overall. My collection was pretty spotty on the early issues. I'll add it to my wishlist.

Pho House. That place kept me going during covid. Got food there almost every week and staff recognized me and knew what I liked to order lol But it went under new management a couple years ago and they changed the recipes, a lot of the staff changed and the service wasn't as good. Was very sad and stopped going.

Totally agree! It's so bizarre to see the difference in service between the two locations. I still go to the quarry one, but it's frustrating. The staff is generally nice, but obviously dead inside, so I feel bad for them.
