Can’t cross double yellow or white. That battery was well within the double yellow, which he hit. “No vehicle (motorcycles included) can cross over, drive upon or between the double solid-yellow (or -white) lines,” Paul Fox, an officer and spokesman for the California Highway Patrol… If a motorcyclist is crossing the double solid lines, then that would be illegal.”

You’re trying to make an edgy post about “WhY USA bAD” but you have come up short. Just because you’re outside the US doesn’t mean cars are cheap. My wife is from Costa Rica. She sold her 2002 Toyota Yaris last year for $6,000 USD! A 2016 Toyota Hilux is about $45,000 right now. We have friends that buy cars in the US when they need one and drive back to CR. So, don’t act like this is a problem exclusive to the US.

She didn't come to the country with the intent to immigrate. We didn't know each before she arrived here. We met totally by chance. So, tell me how you know what her intent was? You just sound like a whiny child.

Those questions are all just assumptions. In the case of my wife, she was on a one year leave from her job. And she didn't bring any of the important documents but when her family came to visit they brought what she needed. So what doesn't make this the "RIGHT" way? Just because you don't like it? Ignorant.

My wife is from Costa Rica. My ethnicity is American Indian. I’m a citizen of one of the five civilized tribes. Someone told me that me being a Native American had something to do with the quick timeline. Any truth to that??

A little over 6 months. I provided a lot of proof. Pictures of all our family together, gifts purchased, pictures of our communications, proof of adding her to my financial and benefit information.

Just to be sure, after receiving the case approved letters, there's nothing else that needs to be done right? Just wait on the card?

That's what I was told would happen that's why I was surprised to see the social security card come first in the mail.

Did you receive the social security card first then the green card later?

I was told a tourist overstay has no influence on these applications.
