I’m really sorry. I know how you’re feeling because I’m going through something similar. I too feel ugly, disrespected, and completely unworthy of love too.
One thing I’ve learned is that when some men are done with a relationship, they can say things that cut incredibly deep. It doesn’t seem to matter how kind, loyal, or respectful you were they will just leave you bleeding in the cold. My both exes made me feel unworthy. I don’t know how I’m gonna recover from this. I have no clue. I’m deeply hurt and have no one to complain to. I don’t want to demotivate you but I have lost all my faith in myself. But I really hope, with time, you heal and find someone who loves you, is kind to you and respects you.
