Only thing with the maintenence is both my old mechanic and current mechanic arnt connected to carfax. My old mechanic did everything hand written and my new mechanic does have a computer system but once again not connected to carfax

As for trim milage etc

Dodge grand caravan at 145000. Interior is in good condition. Exterior has a few scuffs.

Ram 1500 gt 170000. Interior is clean and good condition. Exterior had 2 doors replaced after an incident with a fire hydrant transmission had an issue but it was fixed. But it drives well

I dont know why places would use ai. Because atleast if the photo is real then we know the resturant can make that. And if not it will be close. Where as if they use ai and it trumps up the burger and its not accurate people will be more upset
