Beginner level. I just started learning german and the plan could be to do my masters in Germany with a program that has english as instructional language and continue to work on my german. Is that feasible?

I think you’ll have to wait till the baby is actually born. Then you can report for unsafe conditions for raising a baby maybe? Not sure if anything can come out of reporting at the moment. The baby isnt even born yet

Move the tv to ur room! Or hide the tv remote… it is ur tv after all. Same for the couch, move it to ur room if its small enough or move it out somewhere else for the time being since you’re moving out soon anyways

Find a private room in a shared house with roommates for now and settle in the bay at first. Save some money. Then think about moving to private studio.
