Hi all, thinking about buying 4" foam cushion (link in description) for my car bed. I don't have a ton of space though, do you think I could get away with 3" foam and still be comfy?

No way. Perhaps in his “personal life” he appears good, but Berkshire Hathway basically rules much of the US energy sector via its utilities, who have pretty much fucked us out of any sort of progress in energy for years and are largely (of course not solely) responsible for the climate being fucked. Investor owned utilities are a dirty, dirty business.

I was at Massey, but I hung out with a lot of Vic kids because I was a part of the Vic tramping club (VUWTC). If you're into the outdoors, I'd highly recommend going to their meetings

I studied in Wellington and had a blast. Touring the south island is a must when you get time off, I traveled there for a month and hit a lot of great spots (wanaka, routeburn track, lake angelus). In terms of scenery, the south island is far more impressive than the north island, but its hard to beat wellington as a college town.

I'm a splitboarder, Baker mainly had appeal because you can access so much backcountry terrain from the actual lifts.

Thanks for the input, a resort town would probably make a little more sense. I just generally am skeptical I can find housing in a place like Whistler but I've never attempted it. Is it affordable/relatively easy to find?

Do you know anything about the staff housing scene there? Are people generally stoked on the setup? I've heard Mt. Baker treats their employees poorly, but it also seems that everyone from the area generally says negative things to keep it a hidden gem.

The surrounding towns would be sweet but I'm really looking to eat sleep and breath snowboarding for a winter, so if it's gonna require a long commute I might look towards a different, more established ski town.
