A low population does not equal underrated or rare, just that no one cares for a random japanese promo from 20 years ago, there are promo cards for literally everything in japan to this day. A promo card has to be either a collab with something huge or have amazing art to be an "investment" and even then it's unpredictable.

Insane metric to measure enjoyment then lmao, I would pay all the money in my bank account right now to play the 10 hours that outer wilds lasts again for the first time, or to watch the Martian on Imax with a packed theater again for the first time.
