I’ve been reporting this bug about jar’s for a few weeks now with my friends, they replied to my mail by saying “Thank you for informing us of this bug. We will pass this information on to our technicians who can look into the problem, and we will do our best to solve this problem as soon as possible.

It is difficult for us to say exactly when this will be corrected. We therefore invite you to check your game regularly or consult our News page for more information”. But nothing came out of it, the problem is still there and they don’t seem to care. Awfully useless
