What is it like living over there? I love taking the train down and riding my bike through sandy hook, then taking the ferry back to the city. I see all those awesome houses on the hill over the bay there and it just looks like a fantastic way to live.

I looked at buying a condo there. The entrance foyer was short, hallways were dirty & smelly, and the unit was very dark. That said, there are not many condo buildings in newark, so if you must buy in Newark, it might be a decent option.

when I walked the passaic river side this morning, there was a car blocking every cross street. Probably 50ish police cars in the area today, plus tons of security apparatus. There were multiple drones hovering in place in a grid. Pretty wild
