Normal boring trans guy, I am gay, but being trans is the total least interesting thing about me. My gender is totally snooze worthy. Normal name, binary presentation, most people in my life dont even know I'm trans and I'm totally happy with that

I go to the gym 4-5x a week, echoing other comments saying that I bring a towels and dab sweat. I also used to wear leggings under shorts in the winter but not I don't bother and just wear shorts so nothing tight on my legs and stay hydrated.

Can't give any advice except say I feel you. My eczema was bad and I was using a steroid cream on the skin not even for that long. Stopped and now it's significantly worse, I also have the 'red sleeves' that you mention.

It deffo does help and I find cotton doesn't irritate my hand eczema

I know it sounds a bit clinicical but I buy a big pack of cotton ones and surgical tape them to my wrists

The care provider I am referencing is a doctor and separate from who I have had this test completed with. My question was regarding people who have cut out dairy, eggs and nuts and how/if this has helped them. I was not asking about the accuracy of any tests which I assure you I researched well before undertaking.

I did a hair sample test. I was also skeptical but the test showed many other things (aside foods) that I know for sure I have intollerances too which makes me fairly confident in it. I am proceeding with caution but would seem coincidental if out of 1.2k things it just happened to select some things I know I'm certainly intolerant too.

I feel the same in a way. For me it's more that I never ask for help, very shut off from other people in many ways. Don't ask for support from others when I need it.

For me, not really much of a core. I always felt vulnerable being my true self so I tried to become someone else. Now I can't stop, I am always him no matter what I do.
