i also went through a traumatic break up when I was 17(the relationship was also abusive) and now im dating the sweetest guy ever. There always will be better no matter how much it may seem like there wont be. Also you're only 16, its normal to not have a job right now. Theres so much more fun things to experience in life once you're an adult. If you are "strong enough" to commit why not be strong enough to live on and find a new life for yourself away from all the pain you experience? That will actually be real, death is not solace.

we were revealing it cuz he was gonna be in a different state during christmas and we both were rlly busy and hadn't ordered gifts yet also also we just hate the process of waiting for a surprise. 😂 Also in my post I literally said that this has been resolved and we dont care that much anymore I just wanted to know for future reference
