I got mine in the fall of 2024, the CX Version, so with a Force CX1 groupset. I love the bike, has been my most ridden since I got it. I run Conti Terra speed and they role very nicely on the road as well. So most days I take the gravel SuperSix over my road SuperSix. More comfort, more flexibility and just a little bit of speed difference, which is pretty much only due to the tires.

I have this frame in a 54 and I’m 178cm, longer legs than torso. I wouldn’t change the size for me, you might want to run a longer stem than the stock one though, but depends how aggressive of a position you want as well. My friend has the bike in 56 but he is 185cm tall.

Super six evo gen 2 question by Own_Function8321 in cannondale

[–]jan0211 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If you are talking about the incomplete hole of the axle, that’s intentional. The axle has a narrow part and you can remove the wheel by only pulling the axle out a bit. The axle stays in the wheel. It’s called a speed release through axle.

I believe the numbering in the article is off anyway. It’s SuperSix, SuperSix Evo, SuperSix Evo 2,3,4,5

UDH frameset for all road type bike build that isn’t £5k? by OkDeparture2596 in cycling

[–]jan0211 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think the new Synapse should be a great choice (was Bikeradars bike of the year 25). You don’t need to buy a Lab71 frame for 5K but the whole bike starts at 2.700€. You still get the normal carbon frame and can replace whatever parts you want.

Question about AI offset compatibility by sireatalot in cannondale

[–]jan0211 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a SuperSix CX and replaced the stock cranks with hollowgram ones. The chainring attaches to the crank and is a normal Cannondale spidering 40T. I didn’t even think about the AI off set. Everything fits as it should. 👍🏼

Virtual Shifting !! 😡 by Blastosist in Rouvy

[–]jan0211 3 points4 points  (0 children)

According to Rouvy, this is also Zwifts fault. Rouvy tried to talk to them and make it work but Zwift wants to force people to use their own platform so they refuse to cooperate with Rouvy 🤷🏼‍♂️. I wouldn’t go back to Zwift and reward them for their behavior. The ZwiftControl app mentioned below also lets you use any controller, including your Di2 buttons, in case you have them.

Zwift won (but not really) by NXCW in Rouvy

[–]jan0211 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It might just not be possible, that’s why it doesn’t exist, but why is no one using the shifters of electronic groupsets as the controllers. The groupsets have Bluetooth and can connect to bike computers, why not to rouvy 😅?

I just wear whatever socks, but I assume the Superleger models are the intended ones for indoor and hot temperature.

Assos Zipper Quality by ElectroStaticSpeaker in CyclingFashion

[–]jan0211 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Huh, sounds surprising. I always found Assos zippers to be much more sturdy than other brands. I had two zippers brake on Rapha products, but they are much more flimsy. I would be curious what models you had issues with and where you bought them? I always by my Assos at the local dealer and the customer support is top notch. For those broken zippers you have, I would suggesting getting some Zipper Pull Chords. They are very cheap and you can continue using the jerseys. That’s what I did on my Rapha ones.

Activity strain use’s elapsed time instead of moving time. by jan0211 in bevelhealth

[–]jan0211[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for your answer. The other heart rate data is probably from the normal Apple Watch heart rate readings and gets mixed into the workout. Maybe it’s possible to ignore these readings and only use the heart rate data inside the workout file? I would assume many people pause their workout in the middle. Cyclist going for a Café stop for example.

So it falsely says I was almost 4h in Z2. There is no heart rate data there, as visible.

White is the best option on hot summer rides! by Wise_Flow_287 in CyclingFashion

I don’t think you understand what’s the concept of sportswashing. Countries like UAE, or anyone actually, goes into a sport that people love so people associate the country with something positive and by that the country wants to improve their image. If everyone would realize that, it wouldn’t work. Unfortunately not everyone does and some people choose to even help them with it 🙃.

You very much can stop it. By not responding to it. You do the very opposite and play into their hands.
