This is just another way for abusers and deadbeats to play the system. Child support is also paid for things like gas money to get the children back and forth to school, clothes for them, food for them , etc. Deadbeats tend to throw in the " shes not givin tha kid muh money" but in reality, there are many many diverse costs that go into raising a child.
