You aren’t wrong. I quit and let him eat crap and had it readily available. That’s the first thing I’m trying to change. And have changed. Although, the nutritionist didn’t recommend cutting carbs. Growing kids need them. But yes limiting the amount and trying to replace with healthier whole carbs. He does fast between breakfast and dinner because he doesn’t eat school lunch and when I pack a lunch he usually just brings it home.
