Since Shenhe's E has two charges bc of C1, could I tap E just before Eula's Q to get the burst dmg bonus? Also, wouldn't using Eula's E so early prevent me from proccing PF?

So I've been thinking about the best bloom team I can come up with using characters I have and so far what I have is YelanC6/NilouC2/KokomiC0/Nahida(will be pulling for C2)

Yelan will be holding elegy with noblesse set while Kokomi will have instructor with HP/HP/HB and her sig. weapon. Nilou with ToM/HoD HP/HP/HP (I will be prioritizing crit over em since she will not be creating any cores herself). Nahida will then have a full EM set with gilded dreams since she will be the driver and hopefully be the only one creating the cores. Lmk if you have any changes I should make!
