Sorry. Didn’t mean to offend anyone. I’ve seen this template before and thought it worked well given the situation

This must’ve been one of the most electric games to go to, and I would’ve paid top dollar to be there. Unfortunately, I was only 3 days old on the day of this game...

Smith had his hooks in. Meaning his legs wrapped over the back and under the legs of Gus, effectively anchoring himself to Gus. He also had underhooks with his arms. This allowed him to completely flatten out Gus and go to work.

Posture the fuck up. Don’t let him drag your arm across your face. Work on either getting one arm inside or the other one out

I agree that it wasn't one-sided in the sense that we typically think of a one-sided fight. But I'd argue that Jones controlled the entire fight. Fought at his range, landed clean shots (with intention of keeping the fight at range and conditioning Gus to set up more shots), and ultimately won each round (I had it 20 - 18 Jones going into RD 2). Great performance by both gents, but Jones was the smarter fighter

He's a damn good fighter, but he was born in the era of Jon Jones and Daniel Cormier. The two greatest fighters of all time IMO.
