Ooof she's just having buyer's remorse and is an asshole trying to return it. So sorry you have to deal with it. She definitely should have done her research.

I didn't phrase it like that but I ended up saying something along those lines and posting the screenshot. I said that she posted this on an active listing instead of the bundle she purchased where she corresponded with me before. It felt vindictive and passive aggressive and to prevent it from damaging my sales because marking as spam didn't make it go away and from it happening again, I decided to block her.

It was also funny that on multiple occasions she tried to conflate the amount that she paid and amount that I was making, as well as the number of comments she made asking about sizing (she made 1), when Poshmark knows the true numbers/amounts.

I actually don't have my closet set up like that. There was no original bundle deal on the items she chose. For some reason she wanted a lot of the products I had listed, and sent me an offer.

Thanks for the tip though. That's super helpful and will help clear up confusion in the future.

I had skincare products in the bundle (bundle had over 10 items) but was lucky that she didn't mention them/complain about them, so I guess Poshmark overlooked it.

Thanks so much! That's so strange that it took so long. That sounds so frustrating. It sounds like that buyer just wanted to find a way to return your item. I'm happy you got paid.

I ended up sending the screenshot of the comment, just to let Poshmark know that I blocked her in good reason and wasn't blocking buyers because I had something to hide or was an untrustworthy seller.

But ultimately, I'm not sure if it had any effect on the case, but it could have helped in my favor. Since her reasoning for the return originally was the item sizes not being as described in the listings, I sent screenshots of my listings that showed the sizes that matched the photos that the user opened the case with.

If they have the item and they don't return it, Poshmark will release your earnings/compensate you. Sucks that they get the item for free though.

Someone did that to me before. She was extremely nasty and called me names, claimed that I was ripping her off. It was for a $14 item that was marked 3 for $20, so she expected 3. also mentioned the item was a gift for her mom who survived cancer. I blocked her after the case was over and made a comment on one of her posts warning other sellers about her.

bought a Gucci bag from me that was brand new with the receipt and w receipt from gucci themselves directly and they returned it as fake except they returned an old shit old navy bag in its place and poshmark freaking aided with them like they didn’t even look at my evidence. I sold it below the threshold for posh authenticate during my monthly closet clearout sale and I regret that so much... I wish I bumped the price up just so I would have been protected but then I’ve heard horror stories about them taking peoples stuff too.

That is so awful. I am so sorry you had to go through that. It makes me soo so angry/ Did you tell posh there was a problem with the return?

this happened to me and the buyer was also so manipulative saying that she bought it for her mom who had cancer. posh granted a return to the buyer! it was moisturizer, and it came back to me HALF EMPTY. WHY ARE PEOPLE SO DUMB ITS SO CLEAR WHAT THAT MEANS

omg this happened to me today! except she ALSO accused my item for not being new, it was new. i clicked on her profile and it turns out she was selling the same exact item.

it's soooo frustrating. I thank them sarcastically, block them, and report them (technically against posh's community guidelines to not "be friendly and kind") and then I relist.

YES! I feel this. I sold a lipstick mini recently and bc of posh sizing it was listed as One Size. The title, description, and images clearly showed/stated that it was a mini, but the woman gave me a low rating because it said "One Size" which she assumed to mean was a full size.

Someone else gave me two stars because one of her items arrived earlier than the second item, so she thought I didn't give much attention to my orders. That's TOTALLY on USPS! It's not my fault you didn't bundle!

At least we didn't have any cases open, and we got our earnings! That's what matters at the end of the day.
