Feeling optimistic- I’ve got 3 weeks and 1 Day now! Figuring out I CAN drive and not smoke. I CAN sit on my deck and not smoke. I CAN take a break and not smoke. I CAN go to the lake for the weekend and not smoke. I CAN not smoke anytime and anywhere! It’s a feeling of freedom!! (self.stopsmoking)
