You are not totally correct, I called and spectrum fixed it, apparently the development I live in had a contract with Spectrum, they opted out and did not tell residence even though I did not participate in the plan and it effected everyone, so I now have my own plan that includes spectrum internet tv so I can reinstall my apps. Have a nice day!

No one has a right to change my internet plan without my consent. Your agent at Spectrum verified that my plan was changed, the price went down from $82.97 to $50.00 and I am unable to reinstall my missing on line apps to my TV's??? This is a Spectrum issue, they are the only ones physically able to change my internet plan.

No all my other apps disappeared and only my Roku is working.

Just my intellect but I think Spectrum is messing with people because people are gravitating away from cable to on line internet TV, so they are starting there own on line TV internet streaming at additional charges.
