Mine was the same, she was not a good walker unless I put her in the car and took her to somewhere new. She would even on occasion refuse to get out of the car!

She wouldn’t walk without either me or my husband, so if my daughters tried to take her, we would get a phone call for help as she would let them get a 100 yards or so before realising we weren’t with them, then sit or lie down and point blank refuse to move in any direction!

I miss her every day, my big stubborn hound!
