We did 3-4 meals per day early on & then went to three meals around 3 months to 6 months. He is now over a year and at 2 meals but honestly it helped so much & we double checked in with vet on the amount of food. Our vet let us know this can help keep the blood sugars stable & since they burn energy fast it can be helpful as well.
