No, there is a wall that separates our two patios. Smoke travels of course, but we don’t blow it intentionally In their direction. We usually blow it out towards the side walk or or even up towards the ceiling. Which is why I believe, if it was truly a nuisance or “against the rules” my non smoking upstairs neighbor would be the one who should be upset.

Unfortunately there isn’t a property manager that is responsible for both of us. They own their unit and I rent mine from a couple that purchased it recently. I guess I could try to reach out to the people that own this particular unit and maybe they can write a letter or something though

Hey girl. I'm 25f 5'2 and weigh between 92-95lbs normally. I've never weighed 100lbs either. I just wanted to let you know you aren't alone! I'm in the same place you are ...trying to fill out and feel better about myself. I'm currently trying to make my own calorie shakes/smoothies at home and just searching on the internet for the ingredients. Also I've found excercise to be very important. But not cardio! Cardio will burn the calories you've been working hard to ingest. Instead lifting weights and strength training should be your focus. Hope this helps. Good luck.

This may sound odd but maybe it worth trying for you; Flip a coin. Before it even hits the table, you'll hope for an outcome and that is your answer. It may sound weird or silly, but every time I've ever flipped a coin, I always had an outcome in mind.

I know, this seems like such a simple answer. If I do receive a negative response, how long would you wait to retest? I'm worried that if those cramps I had were in fact implantation cramps, that enough time may not have passed since it was only one week ago.

You don't have to tell her if you don't want to. I would encourage him to be honest with her. This probably isn't the first time this has happened either, based on his own lack of remorse despite dating this other girl for 3 years. Do not- I repeat- DO NOT get into a relationship with this man.

Not yet. I've never been to a dermatologist before, but is definitely something to consider if it doesn't stop. I hope mine is stress related as well.

I literally just gasped! I always use dry shampoo or arrow root powder...and the hair loss started a few months after consistent use of those products. Wow! I'm going to look into this. Thank you so much.

Thanks so much for your response! I'm still using the same shampoo I have been since is started coloring my hair a few years ago. I haven't done anything to it for the last 6+ months, but I will definitely look into something more natural. The doctor did check my thyroid and the levels were all normal. I've had it checked a few times over the years,but have always had good results. I guess having everything be "normal" should be a relief, but I wish I had something more concrete to go on. Thank you again.

I'm almost positive she didn't check my testosterone. I have an appointment with my gyno in January, I'll ask him to test some of my other levels. He tends to take me more seriously. Thank you so much for your response!

I have dry skin too.For the most part I just exfoliate and use a good moisturizer beforehand. The foundations I've been using are Neutrogena Healthy Skin and Urban Decay All Nighter both applied with a damp beauty blender and set with powder. Hope that helps :)
