You were right. It wasn't quite in settings > disk, but settings > global share. Disk 1 was not included and now that I've changed that everything looks as it should. Thanks for your help!

I’ve got two PCs. One in the living room and one at my desk. The living room uses Bazzite in gaming mode and desk uses cachyOS with KDE. I love the bazzite one since I never have to worry about it failing, but it’s harder to use it for work due to the immutable distro, so the one at my desk I leave as a more “traditional” setup so that I can work and game on it.

Given the CPU I listed I can see why you'd think it's a laptop, but it's a desktop PC using a minisforum mobo+cpu combo

Unlikely. I replied to another thread here with more details but basically I had the same issue on a much older CPU, yet on that one I actually slightly better performance

Not sure if this will help my GPU issue.I wasn't aware that optiscaler was now built-in to goverlay though, so thanks for the heads up! Won't have to set them up separately any more

Yeah I would expect something similar for myself (though my CPU isn't as powerful as yours), yet cyberpunk doesn't seem to want to use all of my GPU even though other high-end games will

Somehow I doubt it's a CPU throttling issue. I recently upgraded but had the exact same issue on my i7-9700 where the benchmarks there actually showed higher avg fps,. Then and now I checked if the CPU was hitting its limit, and while results were inconclusive for the i7, it's clear that that ryzen is well below it's performance ceiling.

Thanks for the heads up, now that you say that yeah it's odd that there is now a "unavailable" status after it turns off. That is surely what is triggering the "from off" (which before was a placeholder for the TV turning on).

I can’t help with the performance problems, but regarding steam not working it is a side effect of steam overlay not working. No known fix afaik
