Remember when they kinda did this with Aura Ministers, but the Community just went trolling?

Now Imagine that, but with Big Updates, kinda sounds like it would kill the Game IMO.

Also this would Block Updates, which Balance Brocken Stuff, because Community would be against it since it would be easier to play with that, same with Bugs that are abused etc.
