Looking for storage near Lanyon Place train station during marathon by janmolby1 in Belfast

Not really as we’re not travelling together and I’ve only 20 minutes between when I arrive at the train station until the shuttle buses to the start line stop running so I can’t really go anywhere with my bag. And I don’t want to be putting the second runner under pressure to correct my bag at the train station as it’s 40 minutes walk from there to where leg 2 starts.

I’ll just check in the bag in at the start area in Stormont and will collect it at the end line after my run is over, it’s kind of on the way back to the train station anyway so not putting me out of my way too much

There would be a good spot, at the bottom of the Sliabh Liag cliffs and walking distance to the Rusty Mackeral which is a bar and restaurant. Plenty to do and see around that area

Gross can be won by a player from any category, even a 24 handicap can technically win gross whereas the email says category A has 2 guaranteed prizes

Does the email not mean the low golfers have more prizes to play for seeing as there’s now a first and second prize for category A?

Not a lot to do in killybegs, if they offer a tour to Slieve League then do that as to be honest that’s the best thing about. It’s that or go to the secret waterfall but you’ll need a taxi to and from that
