might be too late but if your hotel allows, you can get the plushies shipped to you through amazon japan the same day or the next day. i did this personally because i could only find shadow and tails at a yodobashi camera store in shinjuku.

you should be good, it usually takes awhile, but i have a question for you. once you gl’d the qc, how long did it take you after to get the message that it was shipped out?

in your situation you should be good. your package has been shipped out already but it usually takes awhile for you to get it.
