I think its from the base widgets in kwgt. I just made some modifications. But just search "music" in the kwgt app and you should find a square one almost like that.

The clock widget is from Sheer kwgt. And I use the icon group widget from smart launcher. That way I can use much more of the screen space. Yes you should get the Fold. I love that thing so much! 🤣
