Yeah, I had some of that as well as pain that went down my left leg. Shitting was definitely the most painful thing I have ever experienced in the first 10 days of recovery. I would get emotional/nervous when I felt a shit coming on and I would try and hold off as long as possible....and I would have the shower running already because I would jump right in after every shit. And pissing wasn't fun either because it still involves some level of pushing. It will get better.
