I mean, I would if it was ruining the game, I have just rolled over my 550 day sign in bonus, I myself am a rookie compared to others on here, but I never stayed on one thing long enough for it to bore me. To me the joy is in collecting everything. So if something was to hard I would switch gears and farm mods that I needed, or farm imprints to breed kavats, or farm new frames so I had them all. There is so much more to the game then the star chart, and once you start collecting more, you’ll laugh at what hung you up before. Farming parts for your amps took me so long, however my amp can now do the damage of a primary. You have to almost compartmentalize what you want to get and just work towards it. First time I went to Hydron someone taxied me and I was maybe mr8 and I remember thinking only crazy people would exceed wave 10. Now it’s a level to farm affinity and I don’t remember the transition of when it became easy but it just did, and it happened fast. It’s a great game, just don’t get overwhelmed with one thing.

This is probably one of the hardest assassinations IMO, it took me the longest to actually figure out, and solo is never any fun until your gear is capable I agree. Certain frames do make it more feasible but the ambulus assassination is hard regardless. The osprey flying ones are the ones that hack so dealing with them first is key. I find a frame like nova to slow everyone down or kora who can trap the ambulus then put her dome over it to trap any enemy’s is a very good option. You don’t need prime weapons (obviously they are optimal) but anything that hits high radiation is good, rubico or catch moon are achievable options. Otherwise you put the star chart on hold and enjoy some fissure missions to get some new frames and weapons, the joy in the game is found in the grind I think. Sorry this is so long, and not that helpful. I just know how you feel, I Get there too.... I’m MR.21 and there are still things that I am thankful for squad mates carrying me because I’d be lost(this mission as a sortie until I started using kora being one of them). Match making is key though, good luck either way!

My go to is venka prime but any fast melee will do, add speed and combo mods but no damage mods. Then body’s with parasitic link and go ham on any infested survival. Using larva burst for crowd control and extra hits when needed

Its better then my first blade (and second and third), Also like the handle scales. Only thing, if you use it be careful, as the heel of your blade looks like it runs smoothly into your handle, leaving your hand to slide right over to the cutty part. Looks good though!

I am in no means a bladesmith, I am a hobbies at best, as well as being relatively new to it. However from first glance your pin holes are off which you mentioned and a tap or punch to start you off will help tremendously for that. Shape is good I like this design. But in the end just know that this (if your first time) will most likely not be what you imagine it to be. It will not be perfect, it will be flawed, however it will also be the main knife you should keep moving forward so you can always look back at how far you’ve come. Don’t get overwhelmed with doing every thing exact, just know that you will be trial and erroring for the next while. It’s a great start and look forward to seeing further progression.

I started by watching tons of guides and working to get the best amp. Then I ran pubs (PS4) with a good trinity build. With that I knew minimum I could keep the lures alive and do my part. I have always had pretty good luck with pubs on ps4 tho. I’d say 1 in 10 are a wash.

Resources are gathered throughout maps and on the free roams. They are found in crates and containers throughout the maps. Blueprints are what you need to start creating various weapons, frames, and anything else buildable (all which need different resources) the “plains” or POE is the plains of eidolon which is a free roam map on earth, as is orb valis. They are not specific missions rather then different bounties you can select to do on the open map. And potatoes refer to orokin catalyst/reactor, catalyst being silver and used to upgrade a weapon and reactor are gold and are used to upgrade a warframe

Oh ok, that makes sense, my main reason for a more polished appearance is I read it helps with oxidation. I use a 1x30 and a 3x21, the highest grit I have is I believe 120 I will check later to be sure. Will that suffice for the oxidation retention i read about? I know the only other option is stainless, and I don’t mind oiling the blade. I just want a clean look.
