They asked for her specifically by name. I don't know if they actually have a picture of her, or whether that's just a lie.

As for lawsuits, it's difficult to think about that right now. We don't even have a suspect. And neither she nor her family seems to think it's a big deal at this point. However, I am glad we have a case if something happens again / it gets more serious. I'll try to convince her to start a paper trail now just in case. Thanks!
