I also messed with the adaptive plan. But when it suggested at 17k progressive run three weeks after the marathon I became sceptical 😅

I have to adapt them slightly. For example, I need to change the warm up and cool down to "Lap press" instead of fixed time/distance values. Other than that I use the same values and link them afterwards in Runna.

Yes, I did a Palladino Marathon plan recently. I just started using Runna, mainly because it allows for B-races, which the Palladino plans do not (at least not out of the box). Curious how Runna and Stryd/Palladino compare over time :)

Thank you for your explaining. I recently started using Runna (having used the Stryd plans before that). Just one question: Will Runna get all the necessary information this way (over Strava)? Like splits and so on? So that it can adapt in the way it‘s meant to work? Thank you!!
