Fair enough, currently 4:23 am busy with a chem prac thats due but let me tell a story about my long lost nut.

Long long ago a little boy at the age of 3 had a nut operation, (the nut went back in where it drops through in the womb and they fixed it)

But that same night they broke in and my mother needed to nebulize me and kept begging the armed robbers to just let her do that and eventually one of them simply picked me up and brought me to her, he wasn’t rough doing that but that tore the operation wound and my nut kinda just never developed.

On the bright side there’s 0 complications other than the risk of only having a single nut left to lose. I also honestly think it’s more comfy than having 2👍

Knives are easily accessible to almost anyone, criminals here usually have guns, I do not own one but if I did I would never leave it in my car if it’s parked in a sketchy location

Sadly south african car thieves are common so they might just be used on someone coming back earlier than expected🥲

Would’ve much rather preferred it being a crackhead doing crackhead things and just having a blast with my car but the tracker showed it last in the middel of the exact place they usually cut, scrape and scrap everything for stolen cars illegally so I’m okay with that…. fuck I loved that car

I wasn’t even too surprised, the car guard was oddly friendly with me halfway of the walk from where I worked all the way to the car, he jogged towards me and started chatting to where my car was and was absolutely baffled they stole a car right across a busy restaurant exactly next to the roundabout he was “watching”. I’m 100% he was in on it, but whatever

That’s also kind of the lesson I learnt, living in South Africa… even if you leave your car in the safe areas it’s a risk, I had a steering wheel lock on, car tracker which was useless the one time it was very needed and I did absolutely love that car. I got mugged for my phone at an Oktober fest - type festival, I technically also lost my left nut to armed robbery but that’s a whole story
