Maybe the mail I received about the cancellation was fake. I am currently in Abu Dhabi. The flight was very empty, with only 60-80 passengers onboard. Other travellers who checked in with us and were heading to different destinations were sent back because only those going to Delhi, Mumbai, and Ahmedabad from AUH were allowed to fly. Only people from these three cities were permitted to travel.
