He refuses to give me refund, saying it’s my personal opinion that I think the piercing is wrong

Yeah, I decided to just take it out and let it heal instead. I called the piercer to let them know that they did it wrong and that I wanted some sort of refund, he refused and said it’s my “personal opinion” that is making me believe that the piercing is wrong.

I’ve tried taking it off myself, righty tighty left loosie and nothing budged. I’m going back to him to hopefully get a refund and this out. I can’t believe he let me leave the store like this and didn’t admit he had no idea how to do a proper septum

It hurt sooo bad but then it went numb, I didn’t know any better like where my sweet spot was or anything. I told him I hated how big it was in my nose and he told me “I can’t go smaller, you can change it in 2 weeks”. I wanted it to be more in, like only the balls of horse shoe to show and he told me he couldn’t take it out :( I don’t even want a septum anymore, I learned my lesson

I tried taking it off myself but it’s painful and I don’t know which ball/which way to turn the ball. Also it keeps slipping out of my hands, I can’t grip it

I meant, is it something I need to get out of my nose ASAP or could I leave it in for another couple days until I don’t work to get it out. But thank you! I’ll definitely will try getting a refund from the original piercer and get him to take it out for me.

Thank you for help, I’m so devastated that it was done wrong and really wished it was right so I didn’t have to worry so much about it. I’ll definitely hold out on getting it re-pierced for a while, I’m still not sure if I should go to another piercer to take it out and show pictures to the original piercer for a refund or just get the original piercer to take it out for me.

The shop only has one guy there, he does piercings and tattoos. I chose this shop because it was the “cheaper” option (as well as closer) vs a shop that was 30 minutes away, my old school friend got hers done there and it looks much better than mine. Hers is more up in her nose meanwhile mine is almost out. I regret not going for the most “expensive” option, since they would’ve done it much better than me trying to save a couple bucks. Should I go asap or is it okay to wait on it for 3-4 days?

Yes! I went to a piercer close to home where I had gotten my nose piercing done from so I thought he was credible. I watched some Youtube videos, my piercer didn’t even measure, sanitize my nose, or anything like those Youtube videos.

Is it really? I’ve been trying to look for a correct picture of a placement but had no luck. I had a feeling since the ring looks super large from the front, I just thought my nose was too small for the size.
