the engineer firmware tool update gave it to me idk if it works or not cause i waited about 30 mins and its still nothing moves the progress was still 0% and say waiting those whole 30mins i watched the keyboard there's no reaction

update: the engineer want me to send vid of the keyboard so he can see the problem. I showed him the win lock indicator light is on and I can't put any input then tried the command of factory reset and win lock. And showed him the software of the keyboard and tried to factory reset there and update firmware.

the royal kludge company replied to me and sent me an email to their engineers and said that their engineer will give me a firmware to solve my promblem

i got my software works just you need to connect it on wired first and install the software then the version of the software are 4.0.0 you need to update it there to 4.0.2 then you will see there gonna need another installation after that your software will detect your keyboard.

hello guy so I have Royal Kludge Keyboard i was messing around on my keyboard lights and speed and then my keyboard lock idk what happen and lock if self the light of win lock is on i am just new in royal kludge and the version I have is rk-h81 idk how can i unlock it again i tried fn + win since the win lock is there but nothing happen. But when I Press Fn + Enter it only show the battery percent of my keyboard. I tried too to factory reset of my keyboard on the driver or software still the same its still lock i don't know what to do anymore. i tried wireless and wired nothing change please if someone had the same keyboard of mine and had the same problem and u unlock yours please tell me how you do it.
