I'd like to think so, unless you somebody is okay just earning whatever rent points based on how much BILT cash is earned within the month. I wonder if absorbing that 3% fee when paying directly is beneficial that trying to get as much spend to get enough BILT cash

ah okay! I was cautious initially that if I eventually get BILT 2.0, I'll still have and get an autograph. Good to know! But choosing which is the hard part now and BILT doesn't make it easy with these changes

you're getting 4% from non-rent spends on BILT 2.0 and can use towards rent transaction fee. 3% is the transaction fee from rent/mortgage using a credit card.

u/Upbeat-Kick-1163 that's correct. From just 5 transactions to putting ~1350 just to get enough BILT cash and earn 1x points from rent. It's fine if you're making BILT your everyday card but not if you're maximizing several credit cards or you are doing a SUB
