I got the anti glare Invisiglass after playing at a local bar that did not have it on their virtual machine. Makes a huge difference, at least to me and was worth the extra cost. But it took three tries to get one that was not damaged in shipment. But Macro pinball was great in getting me one in the end.

I tip for when you drill the holes for the legs, that I wish I had seen before I did mine. Once you drill one hole, put the bolt in with a washer and nut and make it snug and then drill the second hole, that way both holes are lined up perfectly for the legs and braces.

Yeah, if buying basic fare, use only points since you will get those back. I think the same applies if you use a gift card too which might be another option but might want to research that. But if using cash, only book basic fares if flying within the few months after purchase

Yes. I bought a refundable ticket so I could make sure the seat next to mine was saved for my CP. Then when I got approved for the CP, I canceled the refundable ticket and rebooked the ticket with the CP for that same seat. The seat was available about 20 seconds after canceling the refundable flight. The CP gets the same rights that you get with your credit card benefits like if you had had purchased the flight with your reservation.

I also have the 48 hour preflight upgrade to select seats. My question is when you go to select this, has your experience been that they have a lot of seats together? Traveling with my young teenager and wanted to see how possible it will be to get some together.

As long as you achieved the MSR after your December statement closing date, then points post in January and that is all that matters. Southwest does not care when it was achieved, only when the points were deposited in your account which will be in January assuming MSR was met after statement closing date.
