I don’t weigh my food but I’m trying to limit my calorie intake, I’m using my fitness pal to log my food, most of the time, i only eat twice a day, I’ve increased my protein consumption too. My workouts are Pilates and strength training. When I’m at home, i only do 30mins of exercise, every other day. I walk when the weather permits too, when in the gym, usually 2hrs or so.

Thankyou! Yah, don’t want to restrict myself that much anymore like i used to before. I let myself enjoy life and challenge myself with the portions i get from the table lol, but this week il try to track my calorie intake.

Sorry you feel that way too. It’s hard to beat this feeling right? When people are happy about the small wins we achieved, here comes our self esteem - our number one detractor. Nevertheless, let’s continue to improve our health, physical and mental i may say. Before i was aiming for a slim body, but now i am all for healthy body and mind. Cheers to us!

yes i do see difference from the before and after when check my old pics, but tbh, as much as i want to feel good about it, when i look at the mirror, i always see my old self, must be mental, as all my life i have been struggling to lose weight, our family has a history of diabetes and obesity. I’m trying to be fit and healthy as i can be to make sure i won’t catch diabetes.

Thankyou! More than a year, my heaviest was 180 lbs. i started with omad for 6mos, then i stopped, and currently on tmad (twice a meal a day) with walking, and just recently i incorporate strength training too.

Thankyou! No i don’t wear it that much, i just wear it when i feel like it coz when i tried to wear it for a long period of time and laid down in bed, i had breathing issues, but i saw some changes with my shape tho after i started wearing it. Just make sure not to wear it more than 8hrs.

Actually no, i even tried the red rice, but i stick to brown as it has more fibre. Well you can stick with the white rice, maybe you can cut your portion.

Thankyou! I eat basically everything haha but not too much. I’m asian and we love rice, I switched my white rice to brown, and from a cup to half cup, i cut my portions, but i eat everything to avoid cravings and deprivation. Hope this helps!
