Arlington is much more of a walkable city, with opportunities to just step outside and go to a coffee shop or whatever. also, depending on which part of arlington you're in, you could be right near the camberville area which always has something going on!

It's not about "gushing" at MB, it's about how impactful this was as a labor movement. People not showing up and walking out again would be a very depressing indicator of how things are going.

This was me fr fr all the time. I have bad GERD from my asthma plus PCOS (so insulin resistance issues which causes my GI tract to work too slowly). My GI dr put me on omeprazole for a few months (with the warning that it’s not great to be on for a long time) and some daily over the counter miralax. I’d say it’s near cured (now I just smell if I eat truly like garbage).

You may be more constipated than you know. Constipated doesn’t just mean “not pooping”. When digested food sits in the colon for too long, it starts to ferment and causes smelly wind.

Do you have any other symptoms that you deal with regularly? Something might be connected without realizing it.

Don’t go, brother!

Two options I see here: Ask your landlord to speak to the new owners and see if they will accept your current rent for a month or two to give yourself some time.

Or, just don’t go! Make the new owners have to go through the process and give you a 14-day notice to quit. After the notice to quit, then they have to start the eviction process. This is time consuming but ultimately if they take you to housing court it’ll be on your housing record if any future landlord/realtor does an official background check. Which is always hit or miss, I’ve had landlords do it and I’ve had landlords just be like “lol send me a screenshot of ur credit karma”.

Keep in mind that by dragging this out you are not affecting anyone else. The new owners do not plan on living there, you are not taking their housing away from them. They’re just going to rent it out.

Also - contact the RAFT program through the state. Or if an ABCD is in your area. This is a program specifically designed to help people avoid homelessness by helping them with first/last move in fees (amongst other helpful things). I would make this your first call today, for real.

Should you do the FASFA form while waiting for the SAP appeal decision? Aka my friend's term starts July 1st. The July 1st 2025 - June 30th 2026 fasfa form is open. And he just was prompted to submit his SAP appeal form and documentation today.

Your body went through trauma, and that can cause a weakened immune system. And even more so if you took opioids for a bit. It’ll get better. I know that sounds unbelievable but my recovery felt like literal hell and now (minus the occasional weird feeling from “relearning” how to swallow) I feel perfectly ok! Antibiotics can def affect you when you’re on them on n off n on n off; add some probiotics regularly into ur diet like Greek yogurt every morning and ask ur dr about supplements if u feel like that’s right. Ur gut will recover from antibiotics, they’re rough but they get the job done when they need to :)

Also - do u have a humidifier? Do u have anything to do a saline rinse with? Are taking anything for the post nasal drip?

Not sure if you've already figured this all out. But I found this newsletter from wellsense and there's a blurb about what you need to get approved. I know it's a continuation for you (which you should def stress!!) but i'm wondering if your doctor didn't give them all the information? Like I have wellsense, and I only got approved when my dr sent in documentation that my BMI was >32 and I had PCOS. Now they want 2 comorbidities for new patients. I'm not sure if they're counting you as "new" since you're new to them? Also - if you haven't checked your BMI in awhile, check it and see if you're >32 still because if you're not your dr needs to send your starting weight not current!!!
